At Omega Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Omega Shoes box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
